On January 1, 2012 Bliss Yoga Center became Woodstock Yoga Center.

We are appreciative of the wonderful support and enthusiasm we have been receiving about the new direction of Woodstock Yoga/Downtown Shakti. The transfer of ownership from Bliss Yoga to Woodstock Yoga has been an amazing process.

We have worked diligently to create a fantastic program of yoga classes to support your yoga practice. Woodstock Yoga Center has an intelligent variety of yoga class styles and teachers for you to choose from, including existing teaching staff from Bliss Yoga. The class descriptions have been streamlined into levels to eliminate confusion. For more description about the classes, how they are taught and what is most appropriate for your practice, please refer to Class Descriptions and Instructor Bios. We want to make sure you are directed to the best yoga class for your needs.
